Sailing on the Panmure Basin is probably the most economical way to enter the sport in New Zealand.

The club has a fleet of sailing dinghies – 8 Optimists, 2 Open Bics, 1 Phase 2 and 16 Lasers with a choice of full, radial or 4.7 sails, all available for use on club race days.

Memberships are available for Families as well as Senior and Junior sailors. The club has a number of boat lockers for use, however these are popular and may

not always be available and are for active sailing members (contact the Club Captain for further information). Club boat use is subject to PLSC Club rules on equipment usage.
